Dynamic Taping Workshop for Runners

Ian Wee our Managing Director is the first appointed Roc Doc and he is heading back to the 'classroom' with our sports medicine team and we are inviting you to join us for a workshop of Education and Practical applications – applicable for members of the WA Marathon Club and all other runners interested in their health and well being

Back by popular demand, Perth Integrated Health sports medicine team in concert with the WA Marathon Clubwill be hosting another Dynamic taping workshop for runners powered by Rocktape where you will be able to learn about the basic principles of taping and how to apply that to different parts of the body.

This workshop will be very interactive therefore it is recommended that you attend in your sports gear and bring along a pair of scissors as well!

Details for this workshop are:

Date: Wednesday 24th Jan 2018
Time: 700 pm for 715 pm start till 900 pm
Meet: PIH Applecross  - Level 1, 48 Kishorn Road, Applecross
Parking: Free after hours parking along the road at Kishorn Road
Cost: $45.00 per person which includes Rocktape samples used within the workshop for practical purposes.
Attire: Sports attire. Women please wear crop top / sports bra / shorts.  Men please wear singlets / shorts. Be prepared to go barefoot for this workshop
