The event schedule will be confirmed in the official event program released two weeks before race day at www.elephanttrailrace.com.au. For purposes of planning, below is the proposed schedule for

The Elephant Trail Race. We will only deviate from this schedule in case of any last minute changes.

 

NB THERE ARE NO QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR ANY RACES.

 

 Course length is 26.6km 

200km 1 lap +2 laps + 2 Laps +2 Laps +13km 

100 Mile 2 Laps + 2 Laps + 2 Laps

100km 2 Laps + 2 Laps(reverse)

25km = 1 Lap

50km = 2 Laps

13 Km 

THURSDAY 18TH JULY

  • 4:00pm -7:00pm Event Event Registration & Bib Pick Up  at Coastal Sports Warehouse

FRIDAY 19TH JULY

  • 4:00pm – Event Registration & Bib Pick Up (100 Mile, 100km & 50km) Opens at Coastal Sports Warehouse

  • 5:30pm – Pre-Race Dinner (pre-bookings only) at Coastal Sports Warehouse

  • 8:00pm - 200Km race Starts

  • 10:00pm – Event Registration Closes

  • 10:00pm - 100 Mile race Starts 

SATURDAY 20TH JULY

  • 5:00am – Event Centre Opens and gear drop

  • 6.30am – 100km Race Start

  • 7.30am - 50km Race Start

  • 8.00am - 5km Race Start

  • 4:00pm – Event Registration & Bib Pick Up (25Km & 13Km) Opens at Coastal Sports Warehouse

  • 5:30pm – Pre-Race Dinner (pre-bookings only) at Coastal Sports Warehouse

  • 8:00pm – Event Registration Closes (25Km & 13Km)

SUNDAY 21TH JULY

  • 4.30am - 4th Lap -75km Cutoff (100km race)

  • 7.00am - 25km Race Start

  • 7.30am - 13km Starts

  • 11.00am - Kids 2.5km Start

  • 1:00pm – Course Closed All Races
