The event features a Keynote address from the renowned Tony Jaques, author of “Don’t just stand there – the Do-it plan for Issue Management,” Managing Director: Issue Outcomes and Editor ‘Managing Outcomes’, the online issue and crisis newsletter, followed by a facilitated panel discussion of expert crisis comms practitioners, from Airlines, Utilities, Construction, Emergency Services and Telecommunications willing to share experiences and tips on best and worst case scenarios.
