The Main Course Menu for the evening includes:

Chicken Valentine
Chicken Stuffed with Baby Spinach, mint and
Pine Nuts. Served with a creamy cheese sauce.

Slow Cooked Veal Rib-eye
Veal Rib-eye cooked to your liking served on a mint, potato and Pea Mash Topped with a
creamy mushroom gravy.

Oven Baked Atlantic Salmon
Atlantic Salmon filet encrusted with mustard and sesame seeds oven baked.
Served on a Avocado & Tomato Salsa

Freshly steamed vegetable layered between fresh lasagne sheets topped with a
béchamel sauce
