2014 Hervey Bay Triathlon online registrations are temporarily closed. Please check back again soon for more information.

A few notes to keep in mind:

If you wish to enter as a professional you must have a current Triathlon Australia membership (or international equivalent).

If entering as an amateur (age group) you will automatically be assigned to a 5 year age group category based on you DOB & gender - ages as at 31/12/2013).

The organisers may reassign your entry if it appears an error has been made. Check the acceptance list to confirm.

Wave starts will be assigned based on the numbers in each category and the average speed of each group.

Registration will be on Saturday from 10am until 5pm - you must collect your race kit between these times (teams need to have one member collect theirs). Your kit will include:

  • your colour coded swim cap,
  • bike & helmet stickers (affix before checking bike in on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning)
  • a chest number - this must be displayed on your front during the whole of the run leg.
  • The kit will also contain a timing chip/band - this will need to be worn around your ankle for the duration of the event (teams to pass on - relay baton style) and will be collected at the finish line, if you withdraw from the event you must return the timing chip. Non-return of a timing chip will result in a replacement fee.
