-You can enter as an individual or as part of a Team.
 
Team Entry
* Consisting of 4 runners per/team. Can be made up of Male&/or female from all ages.
1. Please enter as an individual
2. Then type your Team Name.
3. Ensure the 3 other runners enter as individuals.
4. Ensure the 3 other runners of team enter the same Team Name (ensure spelling is correct).
5. Team individuals & names must be entered in full otherwise entry for team will not be accepted.
6. No late entires for teams will be accepted.
7. Teams to compete in 4km or 10km race only.
