- Welcome reception (Sunday 25 November 2012): Drinks and informal dinner at the conference venue, Mercure Resort Hunter Valley Gardens.
- Conference dinner (Monday 26 November 2012): Banquet dinner and "behind the scenes" winery tour and tasting at Hope Estate 
 
These need to be booked and paid in advance using this system.
 
If there is sufficient interest, tours for accompanying persons  may be offered during the conference sessions.
