OPTIONAL EVENTS FOR SYMPOSIUM ATTENDEES:
exhibition opening (free of charge) - 6 pm on Thursday 6 September, at FORM Gallery, 357 Murray St, Perth. Must register, open to the public. Any registrations made here will be passed onto FORM.
site tour (free of charge) - 1 to 4:30 pm on Thursday 6 September. We will be visiting Perth Arena and the State Theatre Centre. Must register, limited places.
symposium dinner ($100) - 8:30 pm on Friday 7 September.
