Instructions

  1. If you intend to attend breakfast on Sunday please register in the appropriate section. 
  2. Due to limited numbers, please register for Visit to the Sciencentre; Roushini - Fun, play laughter while on holiday, "Baala Baajo" with Nii Armah and Reverse Garbage - eco art workshop in the appropriate section.  
  3. Each delegate needs to complete an individual registration form.
  4. Payment to be made by credit card.  C&K does not accept AMEX.
  5. Please Note:  Early bird and cut off registration dates.
  6. C&K reserves the right to alter this program or presenter without further notice, however the program is intended to run as advertised.
  7. C&K reserves the right to cancel a conference due to insufficient numbers - delegates will be notified if this occurs and payment refunded in full.
  8. Delegates will be liable for payment in the event of non-attendance unless cancellation or request for transfer is made in accordance with the cancellation policy - 9.
  9. Delegates can cancel their place by advising C&K in writing 3 weeks before the conference date.  A cancellation fee of $25 will be retained.  Delegates who wish to send a substitute in their place must advise C&K in writing.   
  10. Exceptional circumstances will be assessed individually after the conference.
    Tax Invoice / Receipt:
  11. Where an individual registration is for less than $1,000 (inc GST) this document becomes a tax invoice for GST purposes upon payment. A receipt will be issued via Register Now.
