Any registration made here is subject to confirmation that you have (a) paid any mandatory State Entry Levy (NSW only), (b) are in good standing (e.g. your State affiliation has been paid), and (c) confirmed your availability for Team events (compulsory for WA fencers).  We may provide a refund where this cannot be ascertained.

If the system does not recognise you as an affiliated fencer, you need to first confirm that you have paid any debts owing to the AFF, then follow this up with your State Association (i.e. not the AFF) in order to avoid a late registration fee (click here).

Normal registrations will be accepted until the date specified on the "Local Events" AFF web site page, after which they will be considered "Late" (no exceptions): note the "Fees and Charges" information on the AFF web site (click here).

Please note also that any registration is accepted subject to having no debts outstanding with the AFF outside the relevant credit terms or special arrangements.

A new Referee Allocation Policy was introduced in October 2015 and applies to this event (click here).
