2015 Perth City To Surf Half Marathon 10 Week Course
Come join us for our 9th annual City to Surf Half Marathon training course!
Our “10 week Half Marathon Course" is a proven winner for runners looking to conquer their first half marathon or break a personal best.
Commencing June 22nd, the tailored 10 week training course will be led by our expert coaches and take place within our fun and friendly running community of all ages and abilities.
Conducted at 4 convenient locations, Training Sessions for this group will be conducted 4* per week as follows:
City Centre AM Course
· Tuesday 6.15am-7.05am TRC. Long Intervals
· Wednesday 5.30pm-6.45pm Self directed from home.Volume Run
· Thursday 6.00am-7.00am UWA Boatshed. Speed Intervals
· Saturday 6.30am-8.30am TRC, UWA Boatshed, Various. Long Run
City Centre PM Course
· Monday 5.30pm-6.45pm Lake Monger Long Intervals
· Wednesday 5.30pm-6.45pm Self directed from home.Volume Run
· Thursday 5.30-6.45pm Lake Monger Speed Intervals
· Saturday 6.30am-8.30am TRC, UWA Boatshed, Various. Long Run
South of the River Course
· Tuesday 6.00am-7.00am Deep Water Point Cafe, Mt Pleasant. Long Intervals
· Wednesday 5.30pm-6.45pm Self directed from home.Volume Run
· Thursday 6.00am-7.00am Tompkins Park (carpark west end of Dunkley Dve just off canning Highway). Speed Intervals
· Saturday 6.30am-8.30am TRC, UWA Boatshed, Various. Long Run
Northern Beaches Course
· Tuesday 6.00am-7.00am Sorrento SLSC. Long Intervals
· Wednesday 5.30pm-6.45pm Self directed from home.Volume Run
· Thursday 6.00am-7.00am Trigg SLSC. Speed Intervals
· Saturday 6.30am-8.30am TRC, UWA Boatshed, Various. Long Run
Each course is strictly limited to a maximum 20 participants and will be first come, first served until spots are filled.
All inclusive of group training sessions, course workbook and weekly updates, course subscription is only $249 inc GST per person.
