THIS FORM IS FOR NEW MEMBERS AND LAPSED MEMBERS WHO ARE REJOINING.
The payment includes a $10 joining fee.

Joint members should initially use the "create a family" button. If the entered family name has already been used, eg Smith, it will prompt you to use another name. Fill in details for the 'Captain' and then on the page after the waiver, click on action then edit to fill in the details of the second member. Then proceed to payment

Individual members should make their category selection on the participant detail page.
