Any registration made here is subject to confirmation that you are in good standing (e.g. your State affiliation has been paid).  We may provide a full refund where this cannot be ascertained.

If the system does not recognise you as an affiliated fencer, it is likely that your details have not been provided to the AFF by your State Association.  In this case, you need to follow this up with your State Association in order to avoid a late registration fee.

Normal registrations will be accepted until 21 August, after which they will be considered "Late" (no exceptions): n
ote the "Fees and Charges" information on the AFF web site (click here).

Please note also that any registration is accepted subject to having no debts outstanding with the AFF outside the relevant credit terms or special arrangements.

Open, Under-23, Veterans, and Club Team events are separate, but may be paid for in a single transaction here.

The AFF's Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected here, and can be reviewed on the AFF Web Site (Documents and Policies, All Documents and Policies, Privacy Policy - click here).

Individual Entry

When asked, you should answer that you are a Participant, and that you are not part of a Team.  After you have registered, if you have been invited to be part of your Club's team, you will also need to register a Club Team Entry by a Fencer (see below).  This means that you register twice - once as an Individual (paid), and a second time as a Team member (no charge).

Club Team Entry by a Fencer

When asked, you should answer that you are a Participant, and that you are part of a Team.  You will then be prompted to search for the team, and if permitted by the person who set up the team, to then join the Club's Team.  You will need to repeat this process for each Club Team that you are part of.

Setting up a Team - Club Administrators

When asked on the registration screen, you should answer that you wish to set up a Team.  A team entry will not be valid unless and until it is paid for through this facility.  Note that there are no options to be invoiced or for EFT.
