In this four hour workshop you will learn:

  • Changes that occur throughout and post pregnancy
  • How your exercise mindset needs to change throughout pregnancy and postnatally
  • How to Rebuild from the Inside Out
  • Other essential postural muscles you must know during this time
  • Questions Fitness Professionals you are working with should be asking at this time
  • How to gain more respect for your body, identify with and build the foundations for YOUR best ever body
  • How to check for Abdominal Separation
  • How to activate your Transversus Abdominals and guidelines around Pelvic Floor 
  • Simple exercises you can introduce at home
  • How to asses the need for and make adaptions to common exercises
