Instructions & Compulsory Team Levies

Any registration made here is subject to confirmation with your State Association that you have (a) paid any mandatory Team Levy if there is one, and (b) are in good standing (e.g. your affiliation has been paid).  We will provide a full refund where this cannot be ascertained.  If you have not been recorded by the AFF as correctly affiliated by your State Association, you will be requested to pay a "Day Licence".  Questions or problems with this can be emailed to competitions@fencing.org.au.

To pay the Team Levy (NSW and Queensland only), you will need to select the relevant optional item during registration. There is no Team Levy payable for fencers in ACT, South Australia, and Western Australia.  The Victorian Team Levy ($100) should be paid via the Fencing Victoria website.

If you are from NSW or Queensland, your registration will not be complete unless you have paid the compulsory Team Levy.  The State Team Levy is different and separate to the Officiating Levy.

Normal registrations will be accepted until 18 September, after which they will be considered "Late"; note the "Fees and Charges" information on the AFF web site (click here).

Please note also that any registration is accepted subject to having no debts outstanding with the AFF outside the relevant credit terms or special arrangements.

As part of registration, you will be asked whether you are available for Team events.  This is subject to the selection processes of your home State (i.e. the AFF does not decide who represents their respective State in Team events).  Please refer to your home State for the relevant selection policy.
