Instructions

The official club kit is shorts and singlet which are designed by Scody.  We encourage all members to compete in our full kit.  This helps promote our club with a distinctive kit and it also helps our visual identification by each other and our supporters as we race.
 
If you aren't too keen on shorts we ask that you follow the example of club members who wear compression garments underneath and the club shorts on top.  This helps address any 'issues' you may with shorts be it modesty or chafing. Scody have released a new shorts design in 2012.
 
All kit is provided at cost price, we make no profit from uniforms. Although not scientifically proven yet, wearing a Striders kit in any race leads to at least a 30% improvement in times.
