Refunds Policy

1. No refunds will be given within 7 days of the Event, no exceptions.  

2. Refunds requested before 7 days of the Event date will incur a 20% administration fee.

3. No refunds will be given in the case of a natural disaster or if the Event is cancelled due to safety reasons.

4. If the Event is cancelled due to a change in the government alert levels relating to the Covid-19 pandemic, your Event entry will be automatically transferred to the following year, or in this case, you may request a refund which will be made in full, less the 20% administration fee.  

5. If the Event is postponed, your Event entry will be automatically moved to the new Event date, or in this case, you may request a refund which will be made in full, less the 20% administration fee.  

6. All cancellations or postponements will be advertised via our website and facebook pages and through email notification.

Transfers/Changes

1. Transferring your Event registration to someone else, or changing your registration to a different part of the Event may be done up to 14 days prior to the Event date.  

2. No transfers or changes will be made on the day of the Event.  No exceptions.
