A timed event with $8 registration fee (without finisher medal) $15 registration fee (with finisher medal) and part proceeds will go to the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF) to help

A "RUN PINK" event

Found another 10 larger pink medals so in total we have 40 pink medals.
20 x engraved with WARRIOR RUN 5km Finisher
20 x engraved with Finisher
After they are exhausted all remaining medals will be generic smaller finisher medals engraved with either Finisher or 5km Finisher
With the long range weather forecast of 30 degrees we have decided to push back the start time from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. This will also give more runners time to arrive?
Hope you can join us for good running conditions along the coast for the evening run. 
**Update 2
We made a change to the event this year in an effort to hopefully increase participation back to similar to what we enjoyed in 2019 & 2020. A new concept and new location. Numbers are improving but still down so in an effort to increase participation and awareness for the need to find a cure for cancer, I'm now throwing the event open to anyone who wants to join us. If you want a medal then you'll still need to register for the cost of $15 to receive a race bib and finisher medal. I will offer to refund in full those few who registered for $8 (without finisher medal). What this means is that the event is now FREE to attend via a totally OPTIONAL gold coin donation. ($ tin provided at start/finish). The event will still be timed but also we will be hanging around until the last person comes home so take your time, and enjoy the journey no matter how you choose to complete the 5kms. DON'T FORGET TO WEAR PINK. Registration for the medals is also now extended until noon Fri but yes you can just rock up for the 7:00pm start, put a $ coin in the tin (optional) and join our team.
