The Cudgen Classic 2022/23 is back bigger and better!!!
All competitors will be able to compete in the following events for the same great price:
Cudgen Classic-Extended Ironperson Event
Board Race
Swim Race
Beach Sprint
Team Event
plus, for the first time....
Ocean Swim - either 1km or 1.8km
Male & Female place getters in the Ocean Swim win the following prize money
1st $200
2nd $100
3rd $50
In addition, the fastest beach sprinter from each age group will race off in the 'Cudgen Gift' for a $100 Cash Prize. The Gift is a handicapped beach sprint to decide the fastest lifesaver on the sand.
All for the one early bird entry fee of $35*
*Early Bird entries of $35 close 11.59pm 5th January 2023 DST

The Cudgen Classic is an Extended Ironperson Event and is considered a premier race for hundreds of keen Surf lifesavers, with supporting events making it a great early season carnival.
This year we are adding an Ocean Swim across two distances, 1km and 1.8km - and we welcome participants from outside the SLS community. All U11 and up entrants into the Cudgen Classic are encouraged to enter the Ocean Swim as well.
All participants will receive a Swim Cap and gift pack, and go in the lucky draw to win a number of prizes.
Ocean Swims will commence at 7.00am NSW Daylight Savings Time.
Cudgen Classic Racing for SLS competitors will commence at 8.30am.
