A measured and roped course. Each lap equals 1500m 

Sign In and Late Entries 

6.30am at the Registration Tent, Lake Rotoma, State Highway 35, Rotorua, Sign In and Late Entries close 30 min prior to the start for that distance. Late entries Standard entry fee plus $10.00

Start time for that distance.

Swim Starts

21km (14 laps) 7.00am 

15km, 12km, 9km (10 laps, 8 laps, 6 laps)  7.30am

6km, 3 km, 1.5km (4 laps, 2 laps, 1 lap) 9.00am 

400m 10.00am

All swimmers must be off the course by 3pm, therefore that is the time limit for all distances
