**Registration closed at noon on Thurs July 28th but as this is a week long event, registration has now reopened.
This will give some an opportunity to join us next week if their situation changes and they become available and wish to run.

Our popular Coastal 7in7 event has made a return and is scheduled for the 1st - 7th August 2022.
A self-supported 21.1km & 42.2km series run over 7 days.

7 marathons in 7 consecutive days.
**There is now a self supported 21.1km daily option over 7 days.
A challenging event of 7 marathons in 7 days run along the Semaphore coastline. Run one, run as many as you can or run all 7.
Starts the day after our Coastal 42 Series #4 marathon on Sunday July 31st so potentially you could run 8 consecutive marathons.

Cost will be $30 each marathon or if you enter all 7 the cost is $180 in total.
Cost for the half marathon will be $25 each half marathon or if you enter all 7 the cost is $150 in total.
You will have plenty of time to complete the marathon (or half marathon) as each day being self-supported means NO CUT-OFF TIME.
All marathons are run on an AIMS measured course and meet 100 Marathon Club rules.
The entire course is on the coastal walk/cycle path. The 42.2k accurately measured course is a 4 loop course with the half marathon running 2 x loops. Each loop is 10.55kms with the start/finish positioned in the middle. (A 6.4km out and back north followed by a 4.15km out and back south)
Run one day, multiple days in any combination, or run all 7 days.
Finisher medal for every distance, everyday you complete the run.
Discount applies to anyone running same distance over all 7 days.
Special "7in7" LARGER medal on offer for $15 for anyone running same distance over all 7 days.
7:30am start each day at Semaphore.
If we can find volunteers during the week we will certainly appreciate their assistance (to look after runners gear and sort timing and finisher medals).
At this stage being self-supported means recording your own time (elapsed or total - not moving time) and uploading to our event page. Finisher medals and race bibs will be handed out at the start from 7:00am before each day's race briefing at 7:15am.
