Registrations are now closed. On-day registrations will be take however will attract an additional $10 on-day fee.
Please note there are 2 entry options;
1. Individual entry for those only wishing to register themselves, not part of a team.
2 . Team entries - Triathlon only with further instructions....
Team Instructions - to create and add members to a Team.
1. One person creates the team (usually the team captain, but can be a non participant), gives it a name, then continues to add their own details and the leg they will be doing if they will be participating. If they are not participating they can administer the team and then invite or add the other members.
2. After the team has been created, and a password at the same time, the other team members can log in searching for the team name and then supply the requested password.
3. Someone pays for the team.

Early bird prices finish on Feb 6th. As of Feb 7th entry fees increase by $10.
Online registrations close at midnight on Thursday Feb 17th. After online entries close entries are only able to be taken on the evening of Saturday 19th or the morning of Sunday 20th. Fees will rise by a further $10 after midnight Feb 17th ($20 more than early bird entry fees)
15km & 21km Run
Please note that there is a cut-off time for these runs as from run start time. Participants are expected to have completed within this time. Presentations will commence allowing for this period, results after cut-off may not be recorded. Cut off times will be updated on the official website.
Triathlon Bike Course
The bike course for short and sprint distance triathlons will be held on a shorter multi-lap course this year. It is the riders responsibility to count each lap completed, and know how far they have ridden to complete the required distance. It will not be the responsibility of the organisers. There will be video recording of each lap commencement, along with timing chip recording in the event of any disputes of non-completion. Entrants found to have not completed all laps will be deemed ineligible for prizes and may result in disqualification with no official times recorded. SPRINT distance course is 21.5kms (7laps) and SHORT distance triathlon is 12kms (4laps).
All participants aged 16+ MUST be fully vaccinated. Should vaccination requirements be amended prior to the event (eg if the 16+ age limit is lowered), communication will be made with those who've already entered via email. Proof of vaccination must be sighted upon on-day registration and collection of your timing band and event race bib. The organisers reserve full rights to refuse entry and participation for COVID reasons of any individual due to lack of documentation and/or health concerns.
