Perry Lakes Reserve 

The Front Runner Trackstars program is designed to teach correct running skills, improve co-ordination and movement patterns to children of all abilities, aged between 6-12 years – while having plenty of FUN!  

 Focused on fun and fitness, with age specific progression incorporating game play, skill development and neuromuscular training, this program will help your child run with new knowledge and confidence.  

 During Term 4, our coach focus is building children’s all-round athletic skill in speed, agility and running technique, increasing ability and confidence to participate across a range of sports including: Athletics, cricket, basketball, soccer, netball, AFL, Rugby and more.  Perfect for kids wanting to improve fitness!

 As a community, we can all relate to the impact of more sedentary lifestyles on children's endurance, speed and co-ordination and we at Front Runner are determined to help promote and develop better movement and fitness in our kids.
