Welcome to SBRX3!

SBRX3 will take place at Penrith Regatta Centre with a 3 race format, commencing on the hour, for all ages and abilities.

Racing format will be:

RACE ONE
1. Swim 300m (dive pontoon start)
2. Run 1km 
3. Bike 5km
4. Swim 200m
5. Run 1km

RACE TWO
1. Swim 300m (dive pontoon start)
2. Run 2km
3. Bike 10km
4. Run 1km

RACE THREE
1. Swim 300m
2. Run 1km
3. Bike 10km
4. Run 2km

There will be a cutoff time of 60 minutes for each race.
