Welcome to the 2nd running of the Southern Sydney 24 Hour Ultra.
The race will be run over the weekend of the 3rd - 5th June 2022.
The event will take place at The Ridge Athletics Track, located in the Sutherland Shire.
Brought to you by Ultra Running NSW. 
We are pleased to be able to bring the race back in 2022, with the addition of a 3rd day to the weekend. There will be an all new line up of races over the 3 days, including a newly added 48hr race to the event.
The lineup of races will be:
Friday
1. 48 Hour Race - Start 10am (lanes 1 & 2)
2. 12 Hour Race - Start 8am to 8pm (lanes 3 & 4)
3. 42.2km Evening Marathon - Start 6pm (lanes 5 & 6)
Saturday
1. 24 Hour Race - Start 8am (lanes 3 & 4)
2. 6 Hour Race - Start 10am to 4pm (lanes 5 & 6)
3. 3 Hour Evening Race - Start 6pm to 9pm (lanes 5 & 6)
Sunday
1. 24 Hour Race - Finish 8am
2. 48 Hour Race - Finish 10am
Registration Age
1. There is a minimum age of 18 years for all registration in the 48, 24, 12 & 6 hour ultra races.
2. There is a minimum age of 16 years for all registration in both the 3 hour and 42.2km Marathon.

Intended Race Walkers
With the addition of the 48hr race to the event line up, the organisers are unable to offer a dedicated walking lane for 2022, due to the extra lanes being utilised for the other races. In saying this we still want to encourage any participant wanting to enter the event as a walker to still do so. The set lanes allocated to each race will be available for any race walker wanting to enter.
For all entries that seek to compete as a walker, after entering your chosen race on the entry page, then email the event organisers at info@ultrarunningnsw.com.au and your entry will be added as a walker for this event. For full details on participating as a race walker, refer to the race rules document via the link listed above.
Sold Out Waitlist
If the event your wanting to enter is sold out, please email a message to stephen@ultrarunningnsw.com.au with your details and you will be added to the Waitlist. If a position becomes available, you will be notified if you would like to enter.
Early Bird Discount
With entries opening on the 1st August 2021, we will be offering an early bird discount to all races for the first 40 runners to enter, up until the 1st December 2021 (whichever comes 1st).
After this cap or date, the price will revert to full price until entries close 1 week before race weekend.
Also after the completion of the early bird discount, all AURA members will be able receive a 10% Members discount.
