This is a limited entry number event so registrations will not be accepted on the day.
The Ngaumu Gravel Grind is an event designed for fun without being too much of a technical challenge. Entries will be limited to 140 so entries will not be accepted at the event. The road surface is generally good but there is 466m of climbing on each lap but grades are generally good with one 400m exception out of the river. A lap is 24k and on rolling forest roads with abundant bird life.
You are free to do as many laps as you want but must start your final lap before 11.00am
Registration will be at the Te Wharau Hall from 8.15. You are free to start any time between 9.00am and 10.30am but we need to keep start groups to less than 10.
Children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult.
Entry fee is $30.00 plus card and registration fees. There is a $15.00 late entry fee for entries after 27/07/21.
