If the system does not recognise you as an affiliated fencer (i.e. you get an "Aw Snap" error at the affiliation verification web page), you need to first confirm that you have paid any debts owing to the AFF, then follow this up with your State Association (not the AFF). 

Normal registrations will be accepted until the date specified on the AFF website.

 

Be aware there is a limit of 20 fencers per school, whilst the system will accept more, only the first 20 from a school will be accepted.
