Welcome To "Trackstars" for Ranford Primary School
Front Runner Trackstars program holds a firm focus on developing correct running skills and fundamental movement patterns in children of all ages and abilities. Teaching children at a young age the Skill of Running, will stay with them for the rest of their lives. Your child will receive quality coaching, individual attention and expert program designed by leading physiotherapists.
This term we specialise in preparing all children for School Athletics Carnivals with the coaches targeting Sprints, Starts and Running Technique to increase the athletes' confidence for the carnival day.
Distances include: - 50m, 75m, 100m, 200m, 400m

As a community, we can all relate to the impact of more sedentary lifestyles on children's endurance, speed and co-ordination and we at Front Runner are determined to help promote and develop better movement and fitness in our kids.
Focused on fun and fitness, with age specific progression incorporating game play, skill development and neuromuscular training, this program will help your child run with confidence.

Shooting Stars (Age 6-8) Tuesday 7.30am Ranford Primary School Oval - Skill Focussed
Super Stars (Age 9-12) Tuesday 7.30am Ranford Primary School - Skill Focussed
Junior Squad (Age 10+) Tuesday 7.30am Ranford Primary School - Elevated engagement and outcome focussed. This program is best suited to children who are looking to improve speed/endurance, heading toward a more 'performance' focus. Great for team sports and athletics.
