Welcome to the Hudson365 Light Night Glow Run. This is Tasmania's newest and coolest fun run. Runners and walkers will be wearing glow sticks or anything that light's up the night sky on August 21st 2021. This will be an amazing spectacle for both participants and spectators.
Walkers, prams and wheel chairs are welcome to compete in this event ( 1 hr and 55 minutes time limit)

Entry Fees:
The Hudson365 Light Night Glow run 8 km run.
Early Bird entry - $35 plus payment processing fees ( up unit the 23rd of July 2021)
Late entry - $45 plus payment processing fees
The Hudson365 Light Night Glow run 4 km run.
Early Bird -entry- $35 plus payment processing fees ( up until the 23rd of July 2021)
Late entry- $45 plus payment processing fees.
Everyday Lions 2.5 km Kids cubs race (for kids aged 2 years to 13 years)
Early Bird entry- $15 plus payment processing fees.
Late entry- $25 plus payment processing fees
Race number pickup:
You can pick up your numbers on the 19th and 20th of August between 11 a.m until 3 p.m at Hudson365 Real Estate
Runners can pick numbers up on Race Day but please arrive early to do this.
Don't live in Devonport and not sure where to park on the night? You can park in these following car parks.
Left arrow - Bottom of William Street in front of Hockey Ground.
Middle arrow - Hockey ground Car park off Bluff Road
Right arrow. - Bluff Car park off Bluff Road
Please arrive early to leave enough time to pick up your numbers, you can do this from 6:00 p.m. on the night!
Event Rules
Registered competitors will run on the advertised and approved Everyday Lions Light Night Glow fun run course as directed and will not accept outside assistance.
Registered competitors will accept any organiser, event volunteer, or employee and or judge’s decision as final.
No registered competitor will be awarded an event placing unless they are wearing an event number on the front of their body visible throughout the entire event.
No registered competitor deemed to have received outside assistance will be eligible for official prizes or placings.
Officials, including but not limited to course marshals, drink station attendants and road traffic control personnel have the authority to disqualify or remove entrants from the course. Failure to obey the direction of an official will result in disqualification.
Everyday Lions reserve the right to cancel or reject any entry in any event at any time particularly in but not limited to weather conditions that make the Light Night Glow Run event dangerous. In any circumstances where cancellation is necessary due to safety concerns registration entry fees will not be refunded and recompense may not be claimed by entrants for any other consequential loss.
The Light Night Glow run 8 km and kids 2.5 km race advises against wearing music/audio devices with headphones for your safety and those around you. A safe runner is fully aware of their surroundings.
No skateboarders, roller skaters and cyclists to enter or accompany the run. Pets are not permitted for safety reasons.
Everyday Lions reserves the right to alter without notice any rules and conditions which govern the event.
Competitors should follow and obey COVID- 19 safety plans and rules.
All walkers/walkers with prams must start at the back of the field. It is the responsibility of the competitors to self seed appropriately for safety reasons.
All entry registrations are non refundable, but in the case of unforeseen circumstances the Light Night Glow Run will endeavor to hold the event at a later date.

AGE APPROPRIATE DISTANCES - PLEASE CONSIDER REGISTERING YOUR CHILD IN AN EVENT THAT IS AGE APPROPRIATE. WE RECOMMEND BEING 13 YEARS OF AGE TO RUN THE 8 KM AND AT LEAST 9 YEARS OF AGE TO RUN THE 4 KM EVENT.
NOTE - Guardians/parents of children in the kids race can run free of charge and DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE 2.5 KM EVENT
*Parents or guardians will not be eligible for a medal post race though.
* You will be given a band to wear on race day when picking up your numbers for your child.
