This year you will be asked to choose a wave start time— each of which will be capped at 500 people to ensure capacity restrictions are met.

When registering... 

1.             Choose which distance you intend on running 
2.             Choose your preferred start time. 

  • HM start time – Wave 1 – 7:00am – under 5.00 per km
  • HM start time – Wave 2 – 7:10am – 5.00-6.30 per km
  • HM start time – Wave 3 – 7:20am – 6.30 per km +
  • 10k start time – Wave 1 – 8:10am – under 5.30 per km
  • 10k start time – Wave 2 – 8:20am – 5.30 per km +
  • 5km start time – Wave 1 – 9:00am – under 5.30 per km
  • 5km start time – Wave 2 – 9:10am – 5.30 per km +
