Naming of Teams
Please follow the following convention for school team names.:
School name A, School name B, School name C, School name D, School name E, School name F, etc
EG Campbell A, Campbell B and so on.
PLEASE DO NOT USE NUMBERS or team names. Simply use school name and a letter of the alphabet. This makes it easier for our computer entry set up. (If you can not provide a letter, put School X and the names of teammates in the comment field.)
So you haven't yet got a full team. Don't panic!
If incomplete teams register, participants may still compete BUT may be considered "unofficial" for the purpose of the competition. The organiser will endeavour to make up complete teams even if these are mixed school teams.
By entering this event you are accepting that you have read and understood the General Warning Waiver that will appear on the next page. Photos for publicity will be taken. This may include aerial photography. Some photos taken during the SC-ORE events will be used for promotional purposes, others may be available for sale online.
For more detail / info or formal rules please visit the SC-ORE page on the OACT website
During the ongoing covid-19 pandemic we have seen the rules and regulations around number of participants, social distance etc change several times. Due to these changing conditions we do not know what the rules and regulations will be during the Spring SC-ORE series, but we will monitor and follow the applicable rules and regulations at each time, and expect all participants and parents/carers to do the same.
