Instructions

  • Each participant must be 15 years of age or older as of 31 July 2021. Any participant 15-17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
  • Each Individual Rider must have a registered nominated Supporter who is not riding.
  • Each Team Rider must have a registered nominated Supporter who is not riding, and may also nominate a Team Captain.  Team Riders may share the nominated Supporter. 

Registration Fees:

  •  Riders - $100
  •  Supporters - $35
  • If you would like to sponsor a student - $80

Fees are inclusive of BBQ dinner, breakfast and use of Drovers' Camp facilities.  Additional meals can also be purchased.

Important Dates:

  • Registrations:  Saturday 7 August 2021 from 5.30am
    • ALL riders, team captains and supporters must register and attend the ride briefing.
    • ALL bikes used during the Mount Isa Border Ride are to be safety checked during registrations on the morning of the ride.
    • This includes riders and bikes who are only riding a portion of the ride later in the day.
  • Ride: Saturday 7 August 2021
    • Registration and bike safety checks start from 5.30am and close at 6.40am
    • Ride briefing at 6.45am
    • Ride starts at 7.00am. 
    • The finish line will close at 5.00pm

Location: The event starts at the Lawn in front of the Mount Isa Civic Centre and finishes at the Northern Territory border (just past Camooweal).
