Through our XLR8 Advanced Development Program, we strive to create technical, creative, motivated, confident, and intelligent football players, who have a passion for developing themselves. In our supportive and nurturing training environment, we aim to meet the development needs of individual players, instilling a growth mindset and deep love for the World Game.
XLR8 Advanced Development Program offers aspirational players with a high intensity and professional training environment whereby individual cognitive, technical, and physical developmentare the core focus.
The Advanced Program will provide players with a focussed and realistic training environment where the demands of the game are met to provide relevant development training for all. Players are provided with specific, and constructive feedback from our experienced, advanced accreditation coaches, whilst also engaging in player-led reflections.
This Program is only on offer to players U9 - U18 participating in:
- NSFA SAP
- Representative SAP
- Super League
- Diamond League
- NPL Youth

Program Features:
Player-Centred Approach
- Pre-Program survey to determine player needs for the program
- Individual player development focussed on the identification or strengths and areas for development
- Players competing against and learning from SAP, SL, DL, NPL and Representative players
Development Focussed
- 4 – 8 players per timeslot to maximise development
- Highly intense and demanding training environment
- Holistic player development
- Coach feedback form provided to players post program (upon request)
