Our LIL' BEASTS aged 6 - 10 introduces the junior athlete to higher performance and challenging athletics sports conditioning sessions for all sports.
This really is an awesome opportunity for all the LIL' SPORTY ATHLETES in Perth.
The BEASTS sessions are 'awesome' and will quickly improve each athletes conditioning, agility, pure acceleration, top end speed, sprint tech, raw power, flexibility, mobility, fun fitness, core and overall strength plus, endurance and resilience.
