ABOUT THE TRAINING SESSION:

All Royal Life Saving and Surf Life Saving members are invited to attend this free event which includes demonstrations, coaching and race practice for both Juniors and Seniors.

It’s not every day you get to be coached by the WA state team and SLSA coach of the year Andrew Ridley, World Record Holder and Australian team member Jake Smith, Australian representative Harrison Hynes and other Australian high performance athletes.

Session 1: 2.00pm - 3.00pm - 9 years to 12yrs (SLS Under 13s)

Session 2: 3.00pm - 4.30pm - 13yrs +
