This year you will be asked to choose a wave start time.

When registering... 

1. Choose which distance you intend on running 
2. Choose your preferred start time. 

  • 22km: Wave 1- 8:15 am, Wave 2- 8:25 am.
  • 2km Kids: Wave 1 - 9:10 am.
  • 13.5km: Wave 1- 9:25 am, Wave 2- 9:35 am.
  • 5km: Wave 1 - 10:15 am, Wave 2 - 10:25 am

We will monitor and adhere to any restrictions set by State Government and Health Authorities and will update participants should anything change.
