Orienteering including MTBO Training Sessions
This instruction
will prepare juniors (target age under 20ys) - for bush,park, sprint and MTBO orienteering.
All activities will be developed and conducted to comply with mandatory COVID-19 social distancing measures.
BRING compass, Sport Ident, note paper to all sessions

Sprint and Relay - Haig Park – near Turner Scout Hall
|
Sessions will be modified to meet the
different needs and skill levels. Friday night session will have greater focus on advanced level, while Bruce Ridge session will be more focused on developing orienteers. Haig park will have cover all skill levels.
If you cant make all sessions, no problem come along to whichever you ca fit in. But be sure to register! Its a requirement under our COVID plan and it helps the coaches prepare for the sessions. Register Mum and Dad to is they are keen to join in and learn.
Primary school aged orienteers must have a parent/guardian remain present for the activity period.
DETAILED EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO ALL REGISTRANTS THURSDAY BEFORE 'CAMP' STARTS.
Cost $5 per person or $10 per family (covers 2 or more from 1 family) (+ booking fees)
NOTE: Arrangements may
be altered in line with mandatory COVID requirements.
If you are now doing orienteering at regular Orienteering ACT events, these sessions will give you the chance to meet, socialise and orienteer with lots of young people who also love to run wild!
(Sorry no refunds if you change your mind. No reductions if you come to fewer sessions. We are all volunteers and our time is given for the love of it).
