WAITLST INFORMATION
The 2020 fisiocrem GC50 Run Festival is currently sold out for the following distances: 50km, 30km, 15km and 2 x 25km Relay
The Impi Sportswear Kids Dash and 5km are still on sale and you can register in the normal way via www.gc50runfestival.com.au.
WAITLIST
We have implemented a waitlist system for those that are looking to register for a distance that is currently sold-out. To join the waitlist, simply register via the 'continue' button below. Please note: Payment of race entry fee is required in full to join the waitlist.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our athlete services team receive event withdrawals from registered participants daily. Following a withdrawal - members of the waitlist will replace any withdrawn participants and secure themselves an entry to the 2020 event. You'll be notified via email immediately if you have been successful and recieve an updated event confirmation to reflect your confirmed participant status. As you have already paid to join the waitlist, no further payment will be required.
Please note: The above process will take place daily.
WHAT IF I NO LONGER WISH TO ATTEND?
Should you wish to withdraw your place on the waitlist and receive a refund for your entry fee, you can do so at any time by emailing info@goldcoast50.com to notify us. Likewise, if you are successful on the waitlist and receive notification of this via email but no longer wish to attend and take your place, then a grace period of 24 hours is also provided. Simply drop us an email at info@goldcoast50.com within 24 hours of receiving successful notification if you would like your entry refunded.
Please note that all refunds will be less the Register Now Processing Fee (3%).
