This new challenge is to run 5 miles (8 kms) every 4 hours for 24 hours. This means you will run 30 miles (48 kms) over a selected 24 hour period.

This will be a warm-up event our next "4 x 4 x 48 Challenge".

Your runs must be recorded on Strava or the like showing start times and uploaded to the event page to receive the
"5 x 4 x 24 CHALLENGE" medal.

Start time will be 6:00pm Fri Noc 13th and finish is 6:00pm Sat Nov 14th.

Cost is $25 including the large medal.

This is not a race you just have to have the endurance and mindset to complete the challenge ON TIME.

If you start a 5 mile late you will become a DNS. (5 min grace period). You MUST run at least 8km every 4 hours at the nominated time in one continuous session.

This is a mental challenge as much as a physical challenge.

Some proceeds will be directed to the ACRF.
