7 things you need to know!

 1. A 'Team Captain' must commence the team's entry by selecting to "Create a Duo or Team of 4 or 6" on the next page. They can then send the Team Registration Link to all Team Members - this link will register these team members directly in to the team. All team members need to complete this registration process, and accept the event Terms & Conditions of entry.

3. You can access and edit your details up until 05 March 2021

4. You must have a 5-12m support boat to accompany you/your team on your swim. In addition, a paddler is recommended.

5. All solo swimmers have to show evidence of a qualifying swim to compete. Solos (19.7 km and 25 km) can swim as a tandem pair, but please familiarise your rules on tandem swims.

6. All under 18 swimmers must have a parent or guardian sign a form agreeing to their participation. The form is in the Terms & Conditions in the registration form and here
