4 miles EVERY 4 hours for 48 hours challenge.

The challenge is to run 4 miles (rounded to 6.5kms) EVERY 4 hours for 48 hours in a location of your choice.

You MUST start at the nominated start time.

Your runs must be recorded on Strava or the like showing start times and uploaded to the event page to receive the "4 x 4 x 48 CHALLENGE" medal.

Start time is 6:00pm Fri June 12th and finish is 6:00pm Sun June 14th.

Cost is $25 including the large medal.

This is not a race you just have to have the endurance and mindset to complete the challenge ON TIME.

If you start a 4 mile late you will become a DNS. (4 min grace period). You MUST run at least 6.5km every 4 hours.

Good luck as this is a mental challenge as much as a physical challenge.

Some proceeds will be directed to the ACRF.
