 Race check in and number collection
Each Participant will be allocated a race number, which must be worn on the chest during the run. Numbers need to be collected between 7.30 and 8.30am at Lake Ginninderra College Gymnasium, Emu Bank Belconnen (Opposite McDonalds). Please ring 62057771 or email admin@bensrunandwalkforfun.com if you wish to make alternative arrangements for bib collection.

Wet weather: Unless deemed dangerous, this event will be held in wet weather. Check radio stations for details.

 

Nominated Schools and Teams: Participants may nominate a school and a Team/organisation/business. The school and The Team/organization/business with the most nominations will receive a 500 hundred dollar prize.

 
Team Entries - Minimum of ten participants.
There are a number of options for entering a team:
 
Option One: Suitable where the delegate creates a team and other participants enter at a later date.
To do this, the delegate selects "Team Entries - Create Small Team" and enters their details and the team name. Individual participants can then enter  this team by selecting "add single team member or join existing team". Ensure you enter the correct team name.
 
Option Two: Suitable for a delegate who will be entering all participants' details and making full payment at the time of registration.
To do this, for example - for a team of 12 , select 'Team Entry for 12" and enter all fields for all participants and make full payment.
 
To do this for a Team of 22 - enter as a team of 10 and a team of 12. Fill out all details for the first 10 people, then continue, then add another registrant, and add the team of 12.
Option Three -Suitable for individuals and families who wish to nominate a school or team when making an individual or family registration.
To do this, simply add your team or school name when completing your individual or family registration. Please note, no discount is applied.
