Welcome Braverunners!

A few have asked so here it is.

Lets run out COVID-19 and give to those families in need.

This is a virtual 19km run and/or walk to be held over a 19 day period starting from Sun March 29th - Thurs 16th April.

The idea is of a solo run as a preference but if you do need to run in a small group (the government allows small groups of no more than a very few) please observe all social distancing rules.

You can run the 19kms all in one go or cumulative over a period of several days.

Cost is an optional $19 with 100% of anything raised being donated to any family in need to help them get through these unprecedented tough financial times.

Cost is optional as not everyone can spare $19 so you can register for as little as $1 if you wish, or any amount you can afford.

The way the registration works is you register for free but there is a section at the end where you can donate from $1 to $19 or any other amount of your choice.

If anyone knows any family struggling through this period please let us know and we will try and help. You can also offer to donate food etc if you wish.

BYO medal as there are no medals supplied for this event as the fact you are participating in a healthy activity whilst helping those in need is reward enough.

We can't all be locked up indoors without getting out for some fresh air occasionally so give it purpose and help others in need. Even a walk around the block will add up over 19 days.
