Developments in Biometric Medicine and Heart Health in 2020
Perth Integrated Health has been on the forefront of biometric medicine which directs aids and assists the discerning athlete in all forms of sports.
We have been creating biometric training program using the accurate measure of the Heart Rate for over a decade and assisting many athletes in our sports medicine clinic achieve their goals.
Biometric medicine is also not about the acquisition of the latest tech gadget but also how to use the existing technology properly in training where devices from 2016 onwards have algorithms much better than their predecessors while latest developments have even better strides.
Learn how to also train using the proper basics in technology and when to invest in more at the appropriate phase of your training.
Belgravia Foundation
Belgravia Foundation was created by the Belgravia Group to help connect people with a disability, of diversity and those who experience disadvantage to sport, aquatic, fitness, recreation and health programs. This occurs primarily in the communities in which Belgravia Leisure, Wellness, Genesis Fitness, Ninja Park and Coaching Zone operate facilities in Australia.
