WE ARE BACK ON THE UTA TRAILS!
Get a look at the UTA course with the experienced Trainers from Blue Mountains Fitness!
BLUE MOUNTAINS FITNESS is one of only a few companies with a National Parks and Wildlife ECO PASS licence to carry out run training on the Ultra Trail Australia course. We have been training runners to complete the arduous UTA course for the last 9 years. We have highly experienced trainers who know the trails better than most.
WHY? This is a perfect training run to get back on the trails and get a look at the UTA courses and see where you are at with your training.
THE COURSE. This training run will start at The Fairmont and end at Scenic World. Total Distance 19-27km.
Option 1 - 27km - Start At Fairmont. Run to Conservation Hut and back. Follow UTA11 to Scenic World. Return to Fairmont.
Option 2 - 22km - UTA11 Out/Back from Fairmont.
Option 3 - 19km - Fairmont to base of Furbers and return.
GEAR. We will be using this as a race day prep run and ask you to bring the UTA50 Mandatory gear.
START TIMES - 7am for all groups.
There will be options to swap pace groups during the morning to suit your pace.
NUTRITION. Please bring enough fuel for this amount of time. Please be self sufficient for about 4-5 hours.
INFO SHEET. A full information sheet will be sent to all participants prior to the training day.
