Welcome To Trackstars at Shirley Strickland Reserve
We are now into our 4th year at Shirley Strickland, as always the Front Runner Trackstars program is designed to teach correct running skills and movement patterns to children of all abilities, aged between 6-11 years - while having plenty of FUN!
This term there will be a focus on improving all children's confidence and performance in agility, running technique and speed as we continue to develop a well balanced athlete in all children. Consistency and term on term progression will lead to overall improvement.
Teaching children at a young age the Skill of Running, will stay with them for the rest of their lives. You can expect quality coaching, individual attention and an expert programme designed by leading physiotherapists.

Our 8 week program for Term 1 is only $115 and you can choose from:
•Shooting Stars (Age 6-8) Wednesdays 4.30pm-5.25pm Shirley Strickland Reserve
•Super Stars (Age 9-11) Wednesdays 4.30pm-5.25pm Shirley Strickland Reserve
•Junior Squad (Age 10+) Wednesdays 4.30pm-5.25pm Shirley Strickland Reserve. Our Junior Squad is suited to children who will enjoy the challenge of a more structured training session, and a higher volume of running. Perfect for running technique, speed in sports and all round fitness.
•All Year Registration: Shirley Strickland Term 1, 2, 3 & 4 2019. $390.00
Focused on fun and fitness, with age specific progression in terms of game play, skill development and training, our Trackstars program will help make your child run and move with strength and confidence!
