LONG COURSE – 325M SWIM / 14KM CYCLE / 3KM RUN
SHORT COURSE – 125M SWIM / 6KM CYCLE / 1.5KM RUN
AGE GROUPS*: Under 12 (9-12 YRS), Under 16 (13-16 YRS), Open (All Ages), Masters (45 YRS +)
* Age restrictions apply to each course. You must be aged 9 and over to compete in the Short Course, and you must be 13 and over to compete in the Long Course. Mixed aged teams can register as Open teams or if ages accommodates, Under 16 (9-16 YRS).
Contestants are to arrive at Grace Darling Park, Hopkins Street, Lancelin.
Event Day Sign-In & Bag Collection: 7:00am
Event Day Briefing – Both Long and Short Course: 7:35am
Event Start – Long Course: 7:50am; Short Course: 8:30am
Please note:
Early Bird Registrations include a $10 discount and close 23:59.00pm Monday 20 January 2020 - Adults $30, Students and Concession $20.
Standard Registrations close 23:59.00pm Wednesday 12 February 2020 - Adults $40, Students and Concession $30.
Concession Card holders must provide proof of Concession.
Late entries are not permitted on the day.
