SILVER - 1 x PT per fortnight (plus bootcamps)
GOLD - 1 x PT per week (plus bootcamps)
If you can attend at least one of these sessions per week you will benefit! Choose the days/times that suit you best - or if you are lucky enough to have a good schedule that fits them all in - YES you can come to them all.
