Please join Richmond Football Club alongside Eltham Leisure Centre and VicHealth to learn more about the barriers that prevent women from being active, and effective ways to help overcome these, so we can increase female participation in the Nillumbik Shire.

Additionally, we are offering all attendees the opportunity to participate in a free Yoga, Body Balance or Spin class (RPM) at our nearby Eltham Leisure Centre.
