The
2020 Cardinia Shire Community Fun Run aims to promote fun, physical activity
to all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
On Sunday 1st March 2020, participants
can find their "happy pace" around the Pakenham Racecourse for a 5km
or 10km walk/run*.
PROPOSED RACE DAY SCHEDULE
7:30am Race Bib pickup and same day registrations
8:15am - Warm Up for 10km
8:20am - START 10km
8:25am - Warm Up for 5km
8:30am - START** 5km
* Exact race distances are approximate
** Note: 5km walk/run will have staggered start times dependent on total
number of participants
ALL ENTRANT FEES ARE
DONATED TO THE CASEY CARDINIA FOUNDATION
Adult (18 years+) - $30
Youth (6-17 years) - $15
Child (5 years or under) - $10
Spectators are welcome but all participants must be registered to enter the running course. No pets are permitted at the venue.
Aligned Leisure,
operators of Cardinia Shire’s major aquatic and recreation facilities, have
partnered with the Pakenham Racing Club to coordinate this popular
annual fundraising event. The donation of entry
fees to the Casey Cardinia Foundation will help drive important community
programs and services delivered throughout Cardinia Shire, with funds
dispersed through an annual grants program.

Who are The Casey Cardinia Foundation?
Each year the Casey Cardinia Foundation distributes funds to local
organisations making a difference where the help is most needed. Your
fundraising will help support those suffering from disadvantage, whether their circumstances
are temporary or more permanent. When bush fires affected our local community
in 2019, the Foundation helped create a crisis fund for those who had lost
